convert movies into gif pictures by mitumi

Hey

well this guide will teach you how to convert .AVI files into .GIF (image format) If you follow the guide correctly you should end up with somthin like this:



To start off you will need to download this software
Most of the software you don't need to install only extract except for one named Easy Graphics Converter.

Now to start open up hyper cam and chose option "select region" Drag the box where u want to film example: *NOTE DONT MAKE THE FILM TOO LONG!*



Next once you have filmed it open up VirtualDubMod, next go to File>open video file> and select the movie you have just made like so:



Next go to File > Save Image Sequence

Type the name of your movie in Filename Prefix
In directory to hold images browse for the folder you want to save in (i HIGHLY suggest creating a new folder for it you will be saving ALOT of images and it may get confusing.)
Output format Select .PNG then click ok.

Next open Easy Graphic Converter and click add files go to the folder in which u saved all the images and select them all (or press CTRL and click on multiple files) then go to settings and make sure the output format is .GIF you can change the output directory to the place you want the .GIF to be stored. Click start and wait until its done.

Next open Unfreez, now drag all the .GIF files into the box that says Drop .GIF files here. Click Make Animated GIF and select the directory the .gif file will be saved to. Then after that your done!

Ask all questions here and dont forget to keep video a smallish size.
