The chaos element is north of edgeville in lvl 5 wildy.
You can use everything mage/melee or range.

D plate skirt
Legends Cape

Sharks
Impressive PK CAPE
Red spider egg's
limpwurt root
Flowers
eye of newt
Dragon Chain
Dragon legs
Fury
D2H
DFH
Rune (g) (Sometimes quite rare drop)

What to bring:
Helm:any(highest magic defence possible)
chest: prob d'hide or barrows
Legs: D'hide or barrows
boots: rune, ranger, dragon
Gloves: cooking, barrows
Ammy: glory or fury
Ring:any(if admin+ p-ring)
Cape:PK CAPE,skill cape or legends cape
Food:Manta rays or sharks
Potions:super set anti-poison(pk'ers)and p pots(depending on how long your staying there)

Your best option, isd to bring a few mates along, just incase of pk'ers...
I would suggest your best combat skill... because he can hit hard.
