no more ::shout

the shout command should be for selling things not spamming im muted unmute me or trash talking and spamming other servers.

i dont know how many times today i saw chris saying he was muted...tough break you got muted for a reason so stop using the shout command for trash talking or saying you muted

then kids come in and spam for there server

and other people gotta keep spamming for the same stupid thing like where is barrows or how do i get this...

the shout command can be helpful but lately its just full of spammers

and when your muted you should not be allowed to talk at all

i support the bottem part of this. if ur muted you should NOT beable to talk what so ever

same... no shout...

or you could put in a quest to use shout i saw that on one server where you had to do a quest to use their yell command

i deffinitly thing that having a time limit between shouts is a great idea.

time limit is de answer!

people can still come in and spam the shout box but thats not a bad idea

My idea + m33p's idea together that would work a charm

Need to make it so only Staff and Donators can shout

only combat 60+ lol

I completely agree but the shout command is vital in some ways because like you said it gets the more experienced players to give advice to the newer players
