Changed guard npcs to thives to stop the dc dupe

added ::ipban (this is iriveriable btw i iped my self at my dads and carnt un ip my self :S)

added ::unban

recoded ::banuser

added remotecontrol so i can restart server anywere without loading up dedi

added ::kick
